Custom Staircases in Langley
OUR WORK
Custom Staircases, Designed and Built for Your Space
A staircase is the one piece of architecture you touch every day and see from every room. We design, engineer, fabricate, and install custom staircases for homes and developments across the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver — built to order, built to code, and built to last.

The Staircases We Build
Straight Runs
A clean, single flight — deceptively simple to get right. Crisp stringers, consistent rise and run, and a finish that reads as one continuous line.
Winders & L/U-Shaped Stairs
Turning a staircase to fit the floor plan without wasting space. We handle the geometry so the treads stay comfortable and code-compliant through every turn.
Curved & Sweeping Stairs
The signature build. Continuous curved stringers and matched treads that draw the eye and anchor a room. This is where in-house fabrication earns its keep.
Spiral Stairs
A compact footprint with real presence — ideal for lofts, mezzanines, and tight plans where a full flight won’t fit.
Floating & Open-Riser Stairs
Cantilevered or mono-stringer treads that feel weightless while meeting structural and guard requirements. Engineered carefully, finished cleanly.
Specialty & One-Off Designs
Mixed materials, unusual spans, feature lighting, integrated storage. If it can be drawn and engineered, we can build it.
Materials & Finishes
We work in solid hardwoods, steel and powder-coated metal, stainless, tempered glass, and combinations of all of them. Treads, stringers, balusters, newels, and handrails are matched to your interior and finished to last — from warm natural wood to blackened steel and minimalist glass.

From Drawing to Install
Every project moves through the same disciplined path: site measure and consultation, shop drawings and engineering, fabrication in our Langley shop, and a clean professional install. You deal with the same team throughout, and nothing leaves the floor until it meets our standard and the BC Building Code.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything we make is custom and built to order. We don’t carry a catalogue or stock standard units — each staircase and railing is designed for one space and one client, then fabricated in our Langley shop. That’s the point of working with us: the result fits your home, your floor plan, and your finishes, instead of forcing your project to fit a stock product.
Yes. We design, engineer, fabricate, and install under one roof. You’re not coordinating between a designer, a fabricator, and an installer — it’s the same team from the first drawing to the final tread. That keeps the quality consistent and makes it far easier to get the details right.
Our shop is in Langley, and we work throughout the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver — including Surrey, Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, Coquitlam, Burnaby, Vancouver, and the North Shore. If your project is in the Lower Mainland, there’s a good chance we cover it. Not sure? Just ask
Both. We partner with architects, builders, developers, and interior designers on new builds and multi-unit projects, and we work directly with homeowners on renovations and custom builds. The standard of work doesn’t change with the size of the job.
Start by telling us about your project — the space, the style you have in mind, and your timeline. We’ll review the details and come back to you with next steps. There’s no obligation to proceed, and every quote is based on your actual space rather than a generic price list.
Yes. Every staircase and railing we build is engineered to meet the BC Building Code — including guard heights, infill spacing, and structural load requirements. Built to order doesn’t mean built loosely; code requirements are designed in from the shop drawings, not added at the end.
